Questions answered
All Xdrv drivers are professionally trained and hold the relevant CCV certifications for their tier. Qualified Drivers carry a CCV D1 certificate; Executive Drivers hold a CCV D2 — which includes assertive driving techniques and route security skills. No students, no exceptions.
Yes. You can request a specific driver you've worked with before, and we'll do our best to match you every time. Over time, your driver learns your preferences so you never have to repeat yourself.
Every driver is personally vetted and regularly evaluated. We maintain strict standards around punctuality, presentation, and conduct. Feedback is taken seriously and acted on immediately.
Discretion is fundamental. Our drivers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. Conversations, destinations, and personal information remain entirely private. Professionals serving professionals.

Absolutely. For high-profile individuals or corporate accounts, we are happy to put a formal NDA in place before the first booking. Contact us directly to arrange this.
We recommend at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred driver and avoid surcharges. Same-day bookings are possible subject to availability.
Our hourly driver services have a minimum of 4 hours, across all tiers. Fixed-price services (Detailing, Storage) have no minimum duration.
Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are free. Within 48 hours: 50% of the minimum booking (4 h × applicable rate). See Pricing for full details.
Invoices are sent digitally after each booking, or at the end of the billing cycle for corporate accounts. All invoices include a full breakdown of hours, tier, surcharges, and expenses.
No. Expenses are billed separately: €0.50/km (driver's own vehicle), €20 meal allowance for trips over 8 hours, and other out-of-pocket costs at actual expense.
Yes. All drivers carry full professional liability insurance for commercial passenger transport. In the unlikely event of vehicle damage in our care, we handle the claim and ensure full repair at no cost to you.
